Each practice on its own page. Open one, print it, adjust the timings, or email it to Moira. New sessions get added as the season goes, built from what the team needed at the last one.
Everything else — the season plan, the 12-player rotation grid, what the rulebook actually says, and all 52 activities explained with diagrams — lives in the Coaching Library.

Passing and shooting with real pace. They are not too small to hit a ball hard — almost every weak pass at this age comes from the same three faults, and all three are fixable in one session. Plus five minutes to pick a team name.
Each session page prints to a single sheet — open it and press Ctrl+P. The navigation, the share buttons and the adjust controls all drop out, and the background goes white.
